TACC – TAKE ACTION, CREATE THE CHANGE
TACC- Take Action, Create the change! is a project funded by the Erasmus+ program in the framework of the EU Youth Strategy 2019-2027, which aims to promote civic participation and civic engagement of young people in partner countries, particularly those at risk of social exclusion.
Throughout the project, different tools will be promoted at various scales and formats which will help building the capacities and skills of young people in advocacy and leadership in the following partner countries: Bulgaria, Turkey, North Macedonia, Poland, Belgium, Sweden and Germany.
As a result of the project, more than 50 young people will be trained in leadership and advocacy skills. Additionally, the events promoted in the different countries will allow reaching a target audience of more than 200 young people, providing them with tools to get involved in the challenges related to youth participation and civic engagement in their respective countries.
