The Employability Skills 4 Youth (ES4Y) project worked for almost two years to build the capacity of 10 youth organisations through a series of inclusive mobility initiatives aimed at developing experiential and non-formal learning methods with marginalised youth. The outcomes of the project were the development of a website and an online platform, the implementation of e-learning courses –in all languages of the partner organisations, and the publication of a digital guide on the skills that are needed by employers to facilitate job creation.

The project was framed in the implementation of the “Europe 2020” strategy, which aimed at combating poverty and social exclusion of young people.
