PROJECT INFORMATION

Reboot – Rebooting, Re-rooting and Re-skilling Unemployed Higher Education Graduates for Society 2.0 is a project funded by the Erasmus + program, Key Action 2 Strategic Partnerships, which aims to contribute to the reduction of unemployment among graduates.

Unemployment and underemployment among graduates have increased in the EU over the past decade. Long-term unemployment increases the difficulties of returning to work, which puts graduates at risk of exclusion, either because they are out of date or because they have never had the opportunity to enter the world of work.

REBOOT project aims to increase the graduates’ employability potential by means of the improvement of their skills and the development of the relevant and high-quality competencies for the work 4.0, organised in 5 competency categories orientated towards the future, their ability to recognised and demonstrate these abilities and their flexibility in the work environment.
